From olives Leccino, Frantoio and moraiolo, hand-picked and pressed within 12 hours of collection in a continuous cycle; oil is then filtered immediately. Looking green tending to yellow over time, our oil is clean and sharp flavor with intense fruity notes. Slightly spicy freshly pressed.

On our farm we cultivate 2 hectares of olive groves, all of which is situated 550 m above sea level, where the following varieties can be found: frantoi, moraiolo and leccino.

We harvest the olives by hand when they are perfectly ripe and take them straight to the oil-mill to be crushed with grindstones and cold-pressed.

This process ensures the acidity of our oil is below 0.3%.

Our oil appears intense green later tending towards amber over time, it has a strong, clear taste with intense fruity overtones.

It is slightly spicy just after pressing.
